Matt has worked for public and private real estate developers and owners for 24 years. Most recently, he led the real estate development team at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, a 200-acre industrial park and innovation district. There, he shepherded the redevelopment of over two million square feet of industrial, retail and office real estate, negotiated and executed sustainable infrastructure projects, and created and ran a deep and climate tech piloting program.

Previously, Matt developed and repositioned assets for Acadia Realty Trust, organized global real estate decisions at Tiffany & Co., advised clients at HR&A Advisors, and created and led the team that structured complex NYC capital investments at the NYC Economic Development Corporation.
