Meet the founder
Matt Harrison, founder of Mowbray Arch Strategies, helps clients develop real estate, structure public-private partnerships, and decarbonize buildings. He excels at executing projects in challenging regulatory environments and transforming assets and portfolios to support real estate and economic development goals.
Matt has worked with public and private real estate developers for 24 years. Most recently, he led the real estate development team at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, a 200-acre industrial park and innovation district.
There, he led redevelopment of over 2M SF, negotiated and executed sustainable infrastructure projects, and created and ran a tech piloting program.
Previously, Matt developed and repositioned assets for Acadia Realty Trust, organized global real estate decisions at Tiffany & Co., advised clients at HR&A Advisors, and created and led the team that structured complex NYC capital investments at the NYC Economic Development Corporation.
